1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and windice ("windice", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at windice.ws. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the windice platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting markets, use of promotional offers, and engagement with windice customer support.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active windice account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. windice applies strict age verification procedures during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship are ineligible.

5. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered windice account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access windice's full range of services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will keep it updated.

windice is required under its international gaming license obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may be requested at any time during your use of the platform. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account bearing your registered name);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

windice processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not impose any currency conversion charges. The following terms govern all financial transactions on windice:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Deposits are credited to your windice wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• windice does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the same business day.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified Pakistani bank accounts in your registered name.
• windice reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal of significant value.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

windice is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, Pakistani banking system outages, or force majeure events. In the event of a disputed transaction, players should contact windice support with full transaction reference details within 14 days of the relevant transaction date.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

windice offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Pakistani players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on PSL and cricket markets, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All windice promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your windice account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements on windice range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

windice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the terms of each individual promotion before opting in.

6 Gameplay Rules & Betting Conduct

All casino games available on windice — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before wagering. The following general gameplay conditions apply across the windice platform:

• All bets placed and accepted by windice are final. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where windice explicitly offers a cash-out function for specific sports markets.

• windice's decision on all matters relating to the outcome of games and the settlement of bets is final and binding, subject to the disputes procedure in Section 13.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on windice and constitute a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one windice account per individual.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player format available on windice.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the windice platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets using non-public information or participating in any scheme to influence the outcome of a sporting event.

8 Responsible Gaming

windice is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Pakistani players. Gambling should always remain an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be fun and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, windice urges players to use the following tools, all of which are available from within the windice account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on windice for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your windice account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place any bets.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your windice account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of five years. windice will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during this period.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

windice uses player data exclusively for the following purposes: account management and identity verification; fraud prevention and AML compliance; personalisation of your windice gaming experience; customer support; and the provision of promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive them). windice does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the windice platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any windice intellectual property without the prior written consent of windice. Unauthorised use of windice intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, windice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the windice platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

windice's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their windice account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

windice makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or malicious code. Players access windice at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain appropriate device security software.

12 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your windice account at any time by contacting support at support windice.ws. Upon closure request, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

windice reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity described in Section 7;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

In cases of account termination for cause, windice reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where a criminal offence is suspected, windice will report the matter to the relevant Pakistani or international authorities.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the windice platform — including game outcomes, payment processing, account decisions, or promotional terms — you must follow the windice complaints procedure set out below:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to the windice customer support team at support windice.ws, providing your registered account details, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. windice will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Internal Review: The windice compliance team will conduct a full internal review of your complaint and provide a written resolution within 14 days of acknowledgment.
3. Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the windice internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose license windice operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available by contacting windice support.

windice's decision on all disputed game outcomes, where the outcome has been determined by a certified RNG or physically observed live dealer process, is final unless a manifest error can be demonstrated. Mere dissatisfaction with a losing outcome does not constitute grounds for a dispute.

14 Amendments to These Terms

windice reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility criteria — windice will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the windice platform.

Your continued use of windice following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. Your balance will be returned to you in full (subject to KYC verification) upon account closure.
